  We were getting quite a lot of condensation and damp around the upstairs windows. Rashied came and had a look and recommended a DMEV in the bathroom to get the humidity out after baths/showers. He could have suggested a more expensive PIV as that's what I was originally looking for but thought that the DMEV would do the job. On installation, he found a lot of difficulties with a suspended ceiling, tiled walls, loose bricks and a down pipe in exactly the wrong place. He worked through the problems and found solutions that we'd both be happy with. From there, the install went smoothly and there was no mess left behind. I'll be recommending him to anyone who asks for a good electrician, he's been professional and courteous throughout and has done a great job. Thank you!
